64 freestanding square tube frames and 787 angle frames. These and thousands of others we’ve done for this order are eventually headed to the west coast.
Bedding box that just went out to a local construction company. This one was a blast. They gave us no guidelines or direction aside from that they wanted it to be able to hold 7 yards of stone. We went with 8” sch80 pipe, 5/8” thick floor, 3/4” thick plate for the arms, gussets, and tie down points. 3/8” thick front and back walls and 1/4” on the sides. She’s heavy!
Some site work today replacing a wore out 3” dust silo fill pipe with new 4” sch40 pipe and new long sweep wear back 90’s that we pre fabricated in the shop. We also pre made and installed a box out of 1/4” AR400 inside the top of the silo that the pipe blows into and allows the dust to fall out of the bottom so that it doesn’t wear out the wall of the silo itself because of how abrasive the stone dust is and how fast it travels from the blower under the baghouse.
